Winterfest Cabin Makes Triumphant Return

The beloved Fortnite Winterfest Cabin has returned for the 2024-2025 holiday season, bringing with it a treasure trove of free cosmetic rewards for players. The Winterfest Cabin is back for 2024, where you’ll find a shiny new present every day from now ’til January 7, offering players a festive way to unwrap exclusive items throughout the holiday period.

The Winterfest Cabin is accessible through the Snowflake tab in the Lobby of any Fortnite experience, making it incredibly easy for players to claim their daily rewards. This annual tradition has become one of the most anticipated events in the Fortnite calendar, allowing players to celebrate the season whilst earning valuable in-game content.

What’s Inside the Presents?

Hidden away inside these presents are festive Outfits, Back Blings, Pickaxes, Gliders, and a whole lot more. The rewards span a wide variety of cosmetic items, with highlights including the exclusive Santa Snoop Dogg skin amongst other Christmas-themed items. You can open 14 presents during Winterfest – one each day, giving players a steady stream of new content to discover throughout the event.

Players have the freedom to choose which present to unwrap each day, though you can only get one gift per day. However, Epic Games has thoughtfully designed the system to accommodate busy schedules – if you miss a day, the presents stack up, allowing you to catch up when you return to the game.

Beyond the Presents: Additional Winterfest Features

The Winterfest experience extends beyond just opening presents. Watch the fire in the cabin and you’ll earn bonus XP just for taking some time to relax, providing players with an extra incentive to visit the cosy virtual space. The event also features snow-covered areas of the Battle Royale Island, special winter-themed weapons like the Blizzard Grenade and Icy Feet items, and Wintervestigation quests from Sgt. Winter that reward players with additional XP.

Presents are available to unwrap until Winterfest ends on January 7 at 9 AM ET, giving players ample time to collect all the festive rewards before the event concludes and the island returns to its regular state.
