Venkatesham, a British-Indian football executive, comes to Tottenham with an impressive track record, having spent 14 years at Arsenal, including four as CEO. His reputation precedes him, as he’s internationally respected for his ability to steer elite club operations and drive record revenues. His contributions to sport were recognized with an OBE in 2024.

During his tenure at Arsenal, Venkatesham demonstrated remarkable leadership by increasing revenues from £340 million to £615 million. He also played a crucial role in developing women’s football, successfully filling Emirates Stadium with over 60,000 fans.
